Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 5 slices Brioche Bread Or other thick bread

Instructions

  • Preheat Air fryer to 370.
  • Beat eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla together either by hand of with a high speed blender. Pour mixture into a shallow bowl or pan.
  • Cut each slice of bread into thirds.
  • Dredge the bread slices in the egg mixture. Letting each side soak for 30 seconds or so.
  • Spray the air fryer basket generously with cooking spray.
  • Let extra egg drip off of the bread slices and place into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 3 minutes in the air fryer. Using a spatula, carefully flip each slice and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Top with powdered sugar and/or maple syrup!

Notes

For oven: preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Bake for 6 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 6 minutes or until golden brown.
NOTE: Spray air fryer basket well. Egg will likely still stick to the basket, but most have a non-stick coating so after soaking for a few minutes it should wipe right off.
