Ingredients

  • 3 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 tsp light olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or sprat with cooking spray.
  • Cube the bread slices into small, 1 inch x 1 inch cubes.
  • Toss the cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Lay the cubes out on the sheet pan.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Stir halfway through baking.
  • Store in an airtight container on the countertop for up to 1 week.
