Naan Bread Pizza

- 2 pieces of naan bread or 4 if using mini naan
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
For Hawaiian Pizza
- 10 slices red onion
- 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple canned in 100% juice or fresh
For Caprese Pizza
- 4 tbsp pizza sauce optional
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella (cut in half) sub the shredded mozzarella for the fresh and use as much as you like!
- 1 roma tomato cut into thin slices
- 10-15 fresh basil leaves
For Meat Lovers Pizza
- 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 3 slices lunchmeat ham, diced
- 8 pepperonis
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the two slices of naan bread on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper.
Bake the naan slices for 2-3 minutes to crisp the top up just slightly.
Remove the naan from the oven. Add sauce, cheese, and then toppings of choice, depending on the topping combination you are using. (NOTE: For Caprese Pizza, do not add the basil until the last 2 minutes of baking).
Bake the pizza in the 400 degree preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until the edges are as crispy as you like!
